**OUR DOLLS CONTAIN SMALL BEADS AND GEMS. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED TO BE PLAYED WITH BY ANYONE YOUNGER THEN 3 YEARS OF AGE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. THE DOLLS ARE ALSO NOT INTENDED TO BE CHEWED ON OR PUT IN CHILD'S MOUTH. THE SMALL PIECES CAN POSE A CHOKING HAZARD.**


PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Any order changes, cancellations , or questions about your order need to be emailed to our email Thedreadfulstitch@gmail.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

****PLEASE NOTE. OUR TURN AROUND TIME IS 5-7 DAYS FOR RTS ITEMS AND 4-6 WEEKS FOR ANYTHING CUSTOM. RUSH ORDER IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, BEFORE ORDER IS PLACED. THE RUSH ORDER PRICING DIFFERS DEPENDING ON THE ITEM(S) BEING ORDERED. *****

We offer shipping to United States and internationally. All US orders of original sized dolls will ship USPS priority mail. All other orders will ship first class. First class does include tracking but does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance or upgrade to priority please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so the extra fees can be added to the order. USPS priority includes tracking and up to $50 in insurance.

If you are international and would like to upgrade to receive tracking and insurance please message me before purchasing to add-on the upgrade to your order.

We are not responsible for any additional charges from the postal service once your package has been checked in at our PO. Including customs fees for international orders.

Once an item has been dropped off at the post office, The Dreadful Stitch is not responsible for any delays in shipping time, damages to packages, or lost packages due to post office.

REFUND POLICY 

Returns and exchanges need to be requested within 24 hours of package delivery. Delivery time is based on your tracking info. There is a 25% per item restocking fee when returning an order. The item(s) will need to be returned to me before refund is processed or exchanged item is shipped. If you are not completely happy with your order please feel free to contact me so I can do what I can to make it right! Cancellations of an order must be requested within 24 hours from purchasing to be refunded in full. After 24 hours the 25% restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount. An order can not be cancelled once it has been shipped. I am always happy to provide a tracking number for any shipment. We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by the postal service handling your package. Once a package has been dropped off at the post office it no longer our responsibility. It is up to the customer to provide us with the correct mailing/shipping address.
